Dr. Riley Alexander is a pathology resident at Indiana University School of Medicine, blog "addict" and avid follower of technology. His primary interests revolve around how technology, especially mobile, will create increased efficiency, enhanced physician education and better delivery of care in the medical field. Dr. Alexander is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine with a combined MD/MBA, in partnership with IU's Kelley School of Business. Laavanya Pasupuleti, DO, MS is currently an advanced informatics fellow with the Veterans Health Administration in West Haven, Connecticut. After completing her masters of science in health care informatics at UMDNJ in May 2011, she decided to further her training in medical informatics with the Veterans Administration. A 2008 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, some of her passions include South Asian public health, complementary and alternative medicine, and learning about the latest trends in clinical medicine and health care technology. Dr. Robert Dunlea is an advanced informatics fellow at the Veterans Health Administration and a master's candidate at the department of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Utah. Driven by observations of the inefficiencies in health care delivery in the primary care setting, Dr. Dunlea focuses his research in telemedicine, and physician work flow improvement. In previous lives Dr. Dunlea conducted NMR spectroscopy research, managed a biomedical diagnostics lab, and oversaw global HIV clinical trials, all while traveling as much as possible. Dr. Dunlea received a B.S. in biochemistry and a M.S. in physical chemistry from the University of Cincinnati, and a M.D. from Case Western Reserve University. In addition to using technology to conduct meetings in between ski runs, he enjoys advocating for greater use of open source software, being a dad, and spending his free time exploring the outdoors, cooking, and learning new musical instruments.

Dr. Farah Chery is both a physician and self proclaimed linguist who travels around the world looking for new adventures. Her interests are focused on understanding how technological advances in medicine affect the health of global communities. Though a significant portion of her undergraduate studies were spent in Spain at the Universities of Salamanca and Valencia, Dr. Chery received her bachelor’s degrees in Spanish Literature and Biology from Rutgers University. She later went on to get a medical doctorate from New Jersey Medical School and completed a residency in Southern California. When Dr Chery is not on one of her missions to “heal the world”, she is on the dance floor perfecting her salsa and bachata moves.
